The process
Used for Pulverizing a variety of material from 1g – 100g for subsequent analysis by instrumental methods or wet chemistry.

The process
Used for Pulverizing a variety of material from 1g – 1000g for subsequent analysis by instrumental methods or wet chemistry.
There are 2 types of clamp options available the Pneumatic Airbag clamp and the Rot Clamp Mechanical Clamp both are mounted with a bolt on steel bridges.

The process
The Bench Top Rotating Sample Divider is designed to be placed on a work bench, It can also be used in conjunction with a Bench Top Ring Mill.

The process
The Boyd Crusher is the world’s first double acting, fine Jaw Crusher. It is patented design includes 2 moving jaws, one is top driven and the other is bottom driven to enable the maximum amount of crushing with one pass. Has a 25 x reduction of size, 50mm pieces can be crushed to 2mm in a single pass which reduces time on every sample

The process
The Boyd Crusher is the world’s first double acting, fine Jaw Crusher. The process
The Boyd Crusher and Rotating Sample Divider (RSD) have been designed to be used together for a one step crushing and splitting process. The sample is loaded into the Boyd Crusher then in one operation, it is crushed, conveyed to the RSD and then split into preset proportions of your choice

The process
The Continuous Flow Ring Mill is suitable for pulverizing large samples from 1kg to 10kg. Coarse pulverizing of large samples for mineral separation such as Zircon dating. Preparing samples for on-stream analysis, dry or slurries.

The process
The Smart Boyd Crusher RSD Combo has all of the unique features of the Boyd RSD Combo but includes some automation to provide a pre-selected weight. The sample is weighed on a platform balance and the weight is communicated to the PLC, the split is then adjusted automatically from the RSD.
